1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Worldigo Property Group website (worldigopropertygroup.com) and any services provided by Worldigo Property Group Pty Ltd (ABN 56 695 315 827, ACN 695 315 827) (“Worldigo”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Worldigo operates a rental arbitrage model. We lease residential properties from owners on long-term agreements at market rent, and sublease them as premium short-term accommodation to guests. We are the tenant — not a property manager.

Our services include:

  • For Property Owners: Long-term leasing of residential properties with guaranteed market rent, $20M insurance coverage, weekly professional cleaning, and property maintenance.
  • For Guests: Premium short-term accommodation bookings in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Queensland.

3. Booking Terms (Guests)

3.1 Making a Booking

All bookings are subject to availability. By completing a booking, you agree to pay the total amount displayed at the time of booking. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

3.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We do not store credit card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

3.3 Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise communicated. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

3.4 Guest Conduct

By booking with Worldigo, you agree to:

  • Treat the property with reasonable care and respect.
  • Not exceed the maximum number of guests specified in your booking.
  • Not host parties, events, or gatherings unless expressly permitted.
  • Comply with building rules, body corporate regulations, and local noise ordinances.
  • Not smoke inside the property.
  • Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.

3.5 Damages

You are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or appliances during your stay beyond normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for the cost of repairs or replacement.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 14 days before check-in

Full refund minus a $50 AUD administrative fee.

7–14 days before check-in

50% refund of the total booking amount.

Less than 7 days before check-in

No refund. The full booking amount is non-refundable.

No-shows

No refund. The full booking amount is non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Worldigo reserves the right to offer date changes or credit in lieu of refunds at our discretion.

In exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or property becoming uninhabitable), we will offer a full refund or alternative accommodation.

5. Property Owner Terms

5.1 Lease Agreement

Property owner arrangements are governed by a separate lease agreement between the owner and Worldigo Property Group Pty Ltd. These Terms provide a general overview only — the lease agreement takes precedence.

5.2 Rent & Payments

We pay market rent as agreed in the lease. Rent is paid on time as per the lease terms. We accept standard rent increases in line with Queensland tenancy law.

5.3 Property Care

We maintain all properties to a high standard, including weekly professional cleaning, routine maintenance, and $20M public liability insurance coverage. Property owners receive 3 complimentary nights per year for personal use.

5.4 Subletting

By entering into a lease with Worldigo, the property owner consents to the property being sublet for short-term accommodation purposes as outlined in the lease agreement and in compliance with all applicable Queensland laws and body corporate rules.

6. Website Use

6.1 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Worldigo Property Group Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

6.2 Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any content. Property descriptions, images, and pricing are indicative and may vary.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worldigo Property Group Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking or service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
