  • Enquiries: Name, email, phone number, and any information you provide in contact forms.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Process and manage property lease agreements with owners.
  • Process bookings, payments, and provide accommodation services to guests.
  • Communicate about bookings, property matters, and respond to enquiries.
  • Send booking confirmations, check-in instructions, and service-related notifications.
  • Comply with legal obligations including tax reporting, insurance requirements, and tenancy laws.

  • Maintain our $20M insurance policy and make claims where necessary.

  • Payment Processors: Stripe processes all payment transactions. We do not store credit card details.
  • Booking Platforms: Where properties are listed on third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), relevant guest information may be shared as required by those platforms.
  • Insurance Providers: In the event of a claim under our insurance policy.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance Providers: Name and contact details may be shared with our professional cleaning and maintenance teams where necessary for service delivery.
  • Legal & Regulatory Bodies: Where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand website usage. This data is anonymised.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. This includes encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure payment processing through Stripe, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
